​Ligia, the creator, financier, and organizer of La Mansarda, was born in Colombia and adopted at the age of 4, by Italian parents. Ligia holds deep gratitude for her parents, who provided her with an extraordinary life filled with laughter, travels, and love.

Having lived in Italy, Australia, and England, Ligia chose to embrace the Irish way of life by moving to Dublin.
Currently, she works as a nurse in the ICU, where her compassionate spirit finds expression in offering assistance to others. Ligia's roots in a financially challenged area of Colombia allow her to empathize with those experiencing significant challenges in the regions where humanitarian projects operate.

Driven by her passion for the arts, Ligia envisioned and created La Mansarda, aiming to bridge two worlds dear to her heart:
